How do I join Green Leaf Rewards?

• Membership is automatic when you register and create your customer account — and as soon as you order one of our products, you're earning points!

•  As a thank-you you will receive bonus Green Leaf Points with your registration.

• Please ensure you enter your email address and birthday to receive our Special Offers, and that our email (rewards@lemonmyrtlenatural.com.au) is not blocked by your email program. Please add @lemonmyrtlenatural.com.au to your “Safe Senders” list so you don’t miss out on your Specials or Green Leaf Rewards!

Earning Green Leaf Rewards.

• With every purchase your Green Leaf Rewards points will be added to your balance

• You will receive 2 Green Leaf Rewards Points for every dollar* that you spend (*shipping, gift vouchers and samples excluded).

• Customers with Seniors & Carers cards are eligible to receive an EXTRA Green Leaf Rewards Point on their purchases (3 Green Leaf Rewards Points per dollar – *Seniors/Carers card numbers to be submitted in Comments field, or image emailed to us for verification before extra Green Leaf points can be awarded)

Earning Bonus Green Leaf Rewards.

• Registration – on registration and first purchase you receive 50 bonus Green Leaf Points

• Newsletter –  on registration you will receive 10 bonus Green Leaf Points

• Product Review – For each product review you will receive 5 bonus Green Leaf Points

• Customer Referral – For each referral* you will receive 50 bonus Green Leaf Points on their first purchase (*see Green Leaf Customer Referral Program)

• Member Offers – from time to time we will offer Specials or Products of the Month which will be eligible for EXTRA Green Leaf Points, free shipping offers, buy one get one free promotions, extra % off on Sale days.

Using your Green Leaf Rewards eVoucher.

Once you have accumulated 400 Green Leaf Rewards Points, we will automatically send you a $10 eVoucher with a Voucher Code that you can use toward the purchase ANY product on our website.  We are pleased to accept your Green Leaf Rewards eVoucher code for sample purchases, but will be unable to allocate points for them.
 

How many Green Leaf Rewards Points do I have?

• You can check your balance online by logging into your Account on https://lemonmyrtlenatural.com.au/index.php?route=account/login

• You can also make any updates to your details.
   

Maximising your Green Leaf Rewards.

• For any members that have made purchases to the value of $1000* (*shipping and samples excluded) in a 12-month period, as an added Reward they will receive complimentary membership to our Gold Leaf VIP Club (value $55) for the following 12 months. This will give them additional benefits as well as their eVouchers for their purchases.

• When a member has referred 20 successful new members within a 12 month period, as an added Reward they will receive complimentary membership to our Gold Leaf VIP Club (value $55) for the following 12 months. This will give them additional benefits and discounts as well as bonus Green Leaf Rewards and their eVouchers.
