Terms and Conditions.

1. Lemon Myrtle Natural ("LMN") reserves the right to amend or alter the conditions of operation of the LMN Green Leaf Loyalty Rewards Program ("Green Leaf Rewards") at any time, or to terminate the Program at any time.

2. No alteration, amendment or termination will affect any Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers which have been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment or termination of the Program.

3. LMN will not be liable for any loss resulting from the termination of the Program from the date that the termination notice is served by way of notice on the website and email.  

4. Use of the Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers or any part of the Program indicates acceptance of the rules and terms and conditions of Green Leaf Rewards.

5. Application for the Seniors & Carers Green Leaf Rewards membership requires a valid Seniors or Carers identification card, by advising card number or emailing an image showing the card with holder’s name.

6. Green Leaf Rewards incorporates all Seniors and Carers discounts and no additional discounts are available.

7. To the extent permitted by law, LMN will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Green Leaf Rewards and will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Green Leaf Rewards.

8. LMN reserves the right to adjust Green Leaf Rewards points accrued that have resulted from operator error, computer or website error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of LMN.

9. Green Leaf Rewards Program is open to all purchasers, regardless of location.

10. It is the Green Leaf Rewards member’s responsibility to notify Green Leaf Rewards administration of any change of address, email address or membership details of that member.

11. In order to join the Green Leaf Rewards Program the member is required to register a customer account on the LMN website and submit an email address, and the option to register for our Newsletter.  By providing your email address for our eNewsletter you consent to our using that email address to send you Member-related notices, in lieu of communication by postal mail.  We may also use your email address to send you other messages such as changes to the Program, special offers and bonus points, and delivery of your Rewards eVoucher.  If you do not wish to receive such messages you may opt out unsubscribing from any of our emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, offers or bonus points, and your Rewards eVoucher.

12. Green Leaf Rewards points cannot be claimed for retrospective purchases, however all existing LMN customers at Launch of the Green Leaf Rewards Program will receive a complimentary eVoucher after registration. Effective date of launch is 31 January 2017.

13. Green Leaf Rewards points will be earned for purchases made on the Lemon Myrtle Natural online store, excluding shipping, gift voucher or sample purchases. Seniors members will receive an additional point on purchases subject to these conditions.

14. Green Leaf Rewards points never expire, subject to the other terms and conditions outlined here.

15. Green Leaf Rewards points are earned on every full dollar spent (subject to terms and conditions). 

16. Bonus Green Leaf Rewards points will be offered on selected merchandise from time to time.

17. To receive Bonus Green Leaf Rewards points for your birthday, customer must provide  birthday in their customer registration, and have purchased any product* from the LMN website/online shop (*samples and gift vouchers excluded).

18. Customers that leave a Product Review or Comment on the LMN website/online shop and receive Bonus Green Leaf Rewards points agree that all such submissions become the property of Lemon Myrtle Natural and will be treated as non-confidential.  All submissions shall automatically become our sole property and we shall have the right to use the submission and the name provided with such submission, and Customer  warrants that any content in the submission will not infringe nor violate the rights of any third party.  We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any submissions for any reason.

19. Rewards, in the form of Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers with a Redemption Code, will be emailed to customers who have accrued at least 400 Green Leaf Rewards points. The qualifying Green Leaf Rewards point levels will calculated regularly.

20. Green Leaf Rewards will not be responsible for any Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers emailed but not received by the member due to an incorrect or out of date email address.  These may only be replaced at the discretion of the Green Leaf Rewards coordinator, providing they have not been presented or used for redemption. LMN will not be responsible for misuse of Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers.

21. Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers and Codes can be used at any time, for any goods that the LMN website and online shop has in stock at the time of redemption.

22. Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor is change provided when purchases do not exceed the value of the eVoucher presented.

23. Only one Green Leaf Rewards eVoucher can be used for redemption per purchase transaction.

24. The redemption value of Green Leaf Rewards Points is ten dollars per four hundred points.  The redemption value of Green Leaf Rewards Points may be changed at any time at the discretion of Green Leaf Rewards.

25. Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers are individually numbered for security purposes. The eVoucher is redeemed by inputting the eVoucher number in the Coupon Number field of the online Shopping Cart. Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers are transferable in that they may be redeemed by persons other than the member who was issued the Green Leaf Rewards eVoucher. The system will not allow an eVoucher number to be used more than once.

26. Green Leaf Rewards eVouchers will be issued with no expiry date.

27. The promoter of Green Leaf Rewards is Lemon Myrtle Natural.

28. Lemon Myrtle Natural reserves the rights, Green Leaf Rewards Program name, Green Leaf Rewards slogan “Our way of saying … Thank you!”, Gold Leaf VIP Club name, Gold Leaf VIP Club slogan "Rewarding a Healthy Home & Lifestyle", Green Leaf Customer Referral Program name, Green Leaf Customer Referral Program slogan "Share the Rewards" and all artwork, images, print and digital copy associated with the LMN Green Leaf Rewards Program, Green Leaf Customer Referral Program and Gold Leaf VIP Club.
