From the tropics comes the wonderfully fragrant Lemon Myrtle with delightful lime and lemongrass flavours. Coupled with chilli and coconut, this sauce is sensational, balancing the delightful lemon, lime and lemongrass flavours of the lemon myrtle with the fire of chilli and the sweetness of coconut. A thick sauce with a great coating consistency, zesty from the lemon myrtle, full bodied with the heat of cayenne chilli and sweetness of coconut. It’s great with just about everything!

Serving suggestions:

• all Asian style noodle, stir fry and rice dishes,  
• dolloped on chicken or fish burgers
• Serve with prawns and seafood or as a dipping sauce
