This great Aussie BBQ Rub is suited perfectly to all BBQ meats, or delicious sprinkled over roast vegetables too!

To use as a dry marinade, rub into raw meat as a powder, leave in the fridge to absorb into the meat, then cook the meat however you like, grill, fry, BBQ or bake! And no wet marinade mess!
