These great Lemon Myrtle BBQ Marinades are versatile and suited perfectly to all BBQ meats, and the dry rubs are delicious sprinkled over roast vegetables and more as each rub has its own unique flavour!  Each contains the wonderfully fragrant Lemon Myrtle with delightful lime and lemongrass flavours. The zesty distinct flavour, blended with other complementary native flavours provides something unique and distinctly Australian for the creative home chef!

To use a dry marinade, rub into raw meat as a powder, leave in the fridge to absorb into the meat, then cook the meat however you like, grill, fry, BBQ or bake!

Ingredients:

Nut Free Satay Lemon Myrtle Marinade: Water, sugar, coconut milk, vinegar, chilli, canola oil, spices, salt, lemon myrtle (.5%), maize starch (1422), xanthan gum (415).
Teriyaki Lemon Myrtle Marinade: Water, soy sauce (water, soybeans (18%), salt), vinegar, sugar, ginger, lemon myrtle (.5%), maize starch (1422), xanthan gum (415), garlic, salt.
Aussie BBQ Rub: Mountain Pepper, Anisata, Lemon Myrtle, Paprika, Garlic, Salt, Red Bell Pepper
Chicken BBQ Rub: Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Black Pepper, Rice Flour, Cayenne Pepper, Bay Leaf Powder, Lemon Myrtle, Anisata, Oregano, Turmeric
Wild Pepper Rub: Mountain Pepper, Native Mint, Lemon Myrtle, Anisata, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Cayenne Pepper

Storage:

Store dry rubs in dry ambient conditions away from direct sunlight. Come in great resealable bags (or ideal for refilling the Presentation Tins). Each bag holds 60g which is enough for 1kg meat! And with resealable bags, they’ll last!
Refrigerate wet marinades after opening.
